Why should there be a gap between business and everything that feels good?
ABOUT ANAÏS BOCK
I believe the best leadership and the best ideas emerge when we bring more realness to how we create and collaborate. My mission is to help top leadership teams work together more effectively, for high performance that feels good. I don’t just facilitate conversations; I accompany deep change processes that lead to lasting transformation.
Every keynote or offsite is an opportunity for something remarkable to happen—a moment of clarity, a shift in perspective, or a breakthrough that changes the course of how a team works together. I thrive in that space where transformation meets execution, where warmth meets depth, and where business meets meaning.
If you’re looking for a facilitator who can dial up the warmth while captivating audiences in English, Spanish, and German, let’s talk.

HI, I’M ANAÏS
Top Team Facilitator and CEO of Let’s Work Magic
I specialise in helping leaders and teams overcome their limitations, sharpen their communication, and build a culture that is both high-performing and fulfilling. My work centers around one belief:
Purposeful people create purposeful teams, and together, they build purposeful organisations.
With an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, I bring both scientific insights and real-world expertise to my work. I guide leadership teams to make subtle yet powerful shifts in how they communicate, collaborate, make decisions, and navigate tension.
For me, high performance isn’t about doing more at an added pace or with more pressure—it’s about doing better, together. When done well, it feels like magic.
Global Perspectives, Human Connection
I was born in Venezuela, raised between Caracas, Bonn, Bangkok, Amman, Madrid, and Berlin, and have spent my career working all over the world. Growing up as a diplomat’s daughter, I moved every two to three years, which shaped me into a cultural chameleon—someone who can instantly connect with people from all walks of life.
I’m fluent in German, English, and Spanish, and I love speaking on international stages, sharing insights on leadership, organisational culture, and purpose-driven business.
Purpose is Not Found—It’s Unlocked
Ever wondered what truly makes people feel on purpose? I did too. That’s why I interviewed over 1,000 leaders and business owners to uncover what actually drives fulfilment at work.
The biggest takeaway?
It’s not about finding your purpose—it’s about removing what blocks you from it.
This research led me to develop the Bullshit Monster Method®, a playful and powerful tool designed to help leaders and teams overcome imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and fear-based resistance. The Bullshit Monster card deck has since become a favourite among CEOs, coaches, and facilitators looking to tackle the unspoken tensions that hold teams back.
Our biggest limitations? They often come from within. The key is not eliminating them but learning to work with them.
Beyond the Boardroom: The Magic of Work & Life
Since 2011, I’ve worked with some of the world’s leading companies to help them define their purpose—at the individual, team, and organisational level. My work is transformational, joy-drenched, and deeply human. And if you ask me, the world could use more of that.
When I’m not working with top teams, you’ll find me on a Greek island, surrounded by family, a large pile of books, and the sea breeze.
Let’s work together to build purposeful people, teams, and organizations. And hey, let’s have fun while we’re at it—life is too short for pointless business meetings.
Trust is Key.
Every leadership team operates within a web of unspoken dynamics, assumptions, and past experiences. Often, what holds teams back isn’t a lack of strategy, but a lack of psychological safety and real dialogue. That’s where I come in.
I help teams:
Identify and overcome internal obstacles like imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and unspoken tensions.
Establish trust-based collaboration that fosters both performance and well-being.
Make leadership development practical, deep, and transformative—not just another training exercise.

Time Off or Offsite?
Leadership offsites are game-changers.
Stepping out of the day-to-day creates the space for realignment, reconnection, and real conversation. Over the years, I’ve seen how the right kind of offsite can transform a leadership team—helping them uncover hidden strengths, break through silos, and rediscover their collective vision.
Offsites aren’t just retreats; they are catalysts for leadership transformation. Done well, they create lasting impact far beyond the days spent together. This is where the real work happens.

Elegant, charming, cunning, transforming the stress and tension of the moment into a smile - it is pure joy that she transmits, to nervous performers, to expectant spectators, to benevolent and strict jurors alike. She: Anaïs Bock

I would find it difficult to imagine any enterprise that would not benefit from Anaïs’ insight. I was impressed with how she conceptualized a unique program to fit the needs of our group. The methods introduced by Anaïs really work and she delivers them with subtlety and grace, using her own special brand of magic.
”
“
We needed to build a workshop that would be the foundation for trust in our team. This was one of the greatest collaborations I’ve had so far because Anaïs managed to understand the context really fast and bring forward a mix of techniques that we really valuable for our whole team. We had a wonderful session that fully delivered on our objective: to get together with all our strengths and our vulnerabilities. Honestly, I can’t wait to work with her again!

“
Anaïs came to us with her magic wand and literally gave new life to our project, when our self-confidence and determination were at the lowest. Each session with Anaïs was an energy booster and a recipe full of brilliant ideas.

Anaïs Bock ran an outstanding kick-off workshop of our new team and facilitated deep mutual understanding amongst the team members, which has been a great basis for our collaboration as a team.

My job is all about getting top leadership teams around one table to work on how they work together. Before we get to what they need and want t talk about (strategy), we always get them to experience how working together can feel (culture) and how to make that happen for everyone else.
I draw upon research on human connection to make this point in entertaining and punny ways — can also happen without breakfast metaphors for eggophobes.

The purpose diagram (you might know it as ikigai) went viral after I put a very ugly picture on my very ugly Facebook page. Ever since, I’ve researched purpose and what stops us from it.
My keynote 2 cents: looking for purpose is like looking for happiness and makes you feel pretty miserable and purposeless.
According to my research with over 1.000 leaders and entrepreneurs, it makes more sense to get rid of everything that’s not in line with purpose, including all your internal sabotage patterns. (PS: that’s how the bilingual method and card deck Bullshit Monsters® was born.)

VUCA: a scary-sounding, meaning-laden expression for everyrthing disorienting we fear. And you know what? That volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous future we used to be so scared of? It’s here and about to get exponentially crazier (just look at all the AIs spurting out of the ground!).
What this means for leaders is: you need to surf the waves and, above all, you need to know how and when to exude a sense of calm, grounding and provide orientation.
Top leaders today were socialised with “leadership styles” and “personality tests” and are often looking for the one “right way”. For a lot, there’s some unlearning to do. This can be done both scientifically and highly entertainingly. Your choice.

Everybody is tired of that sense of guilt whenever someone says “DEI”. It is SO IMPORTANT and we’re so busy and so it tends to be on the overloaded desk of a volunteer peer group or added to HR responsibilities as though it’s some parallel universe to fix and then report back on…
DEI is being pushed off the agenda in many organisations and in the case of events, it’s limited to a side stage where female panels happen on what it’s like to be a woman in business.
We think it’s time for a new era. One in which we create inclusive company cultures by looking at the real conditions for high performance.
My goal? To make this topic so fascinating that every white, cis-gender, hetero-sexual person in power drops their double espresso to join the conversation.
