General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Let’s Work Magic GmbH – Alpine Adventure Retreat 2026
1. Tour Operator
The Tour Operator of the trip is:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Tour Operator")
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
(1) The Tour Operator offers participation in the retreat "Alpine Adventure – YPO Cairo Retreat 2026" (May 20–23, 2026).
(2) The service comprises a complete package of several travel services, including, in particular:
Accommodation (Hotel)
Curated retreat program (Coaching, Facilitation, Activities)
On-site organization and coordination
Transfers between program points, if applicable
(3) The Tour Operator thus acts as a travel organizer within the meaning of Sections 651a et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
3. Character of the Trip/Retreat
(1) The retreat is an intensive format for development and experience.
(2) This is not a medical or therapeutic service.
(3) The Tour Operator does not guarantee a specific individual success.
4. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The contract is concluded upon:
Booking via the payment link (Stripe)
Complete payment of the participation fee
(2) By booking, the participant legally accepts these GTC.
5. Price and Payment
(1) The package price is: EUR 3,500 per person
(2) Payment must be made in full in advance.
(3) The participant will receive a booking confirmation after payment.
6. Insolvency Protection
The Tour Operator ensures that customer payments are secured in accordance with legal requirements. A corresponding security certificate will be provided to the participant.
7. Services and Changes to Services
(1) The Tour Operator is entitled to adjust individual services, provided that:
The change is insignificant
The overall character of the trip remains preserved
(2) Material changes entitle the participant to:Withdrawal from the contract
Participation in an equivalent replacement trip
8. Withdrawal by Participant (Cancellation Terms)
(1) The participant may withdraw at any time prior to the start of the trip.
(2) The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:
Up to 60 days before the start: 50%
59–30 days: 75%
From 29 days: 90%
(3) The participant reserves the right to provide evidence that no damage or only a lower amount of damage has been incurred.
9. Substitute Participant
The participant may provide a substitute participant up until the start of the trip, provided the substitute fulfills the participation requirements.
10. Withdrawal by Tour Operator
The Tour Operator may withdraw prior to the start of the trip if:
A minimum number of participants is not reached
Exceptional circumstances prevent the execution
In this case, a full refund will be issued.
11. Liability
(1) The Tour Operator is liable within the framework of statutory provisions for the proper execution of all travel services.
(2) Liability for damages that are not personal injury is limited to three times the package price, to the extent legally permissible.
12. Duties to Cooperate
Participants are obligated to:
Check travel documents
Report deficiencies immediately
Actively participate in the program
13. Health and Personal Responsibility
(1) Participation is at the participant's own responsibility.
(2) Participants confirm that they are medically fit to participate.
14. Force Majeure
In the event of unavoidable, extraordinary circumstances, the trip may be adjusted or cancelled.
15. Image Rights
Photo and video recordings may be used for marketing purposes, provided no objection is raised.
16. Final Provisions
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is - to the extent permissible - the seat of the Tour Operator.
