Over the past 12 years we’ve researched personal and organisational purpose and the sabotage patterns that stop people from leading themselves and working together effectively. We’ve run hundreds of cultural transformation journeys, spoken on international and online stages. Last year we asked 1.000 female entrepreneurs what their organisations would have to change to make more room for gender-positive leadership and accompanied deep transformation journeys with global players. We hit road blocks and helped organisations reinvent themselves.
